Chandigarh, June 28 -- Two people attacked the house of a property dealer in Dhanas late on Friday night, and threatened the victim, identified as Gagan, who was present at the house at the time of the incident. According to the police, the incident occurred around 10.45pm. One accused wore a helmet while the other hid his face with a cloth as they attacked the victim's door trying to force it open.However, police were alerted and arrived before the accused could hurt anyone. The two armed with swords and a rod allegedly tried to break into the victim's house, broke window panes and damaged the victim's car. While trying to break down the door, the victim told police that the accused threatened to shoot him. The police were informed and a team from Sarangpur police station reached the spot soon however the accused had fled by then. Police are going over CCTV footages to identify the accused and arrest them. A case has been registered at the Sarangpur police station under relevant sections....
