Panchkula, Sept. 4 -- Police have arrested two men for allegedly snatching a mobile phone from a pedestrian near Green Park, Phase 2, recovering two stolen handsets and the motorcycle used in the offence. The accused have been identified as Sunny, alias Panna, a resident of Dera Bassi, and Vikas, alias Shaktiman, originally from Saharanpur and currently residing in Dera Bassi. The incident occurred on August 29 while the victim was walking and talking on his mobile phone. The two suspects allegedly approached him on a motorcycle, snatched the device, and fled from the spot.
