Karnal, Sept. 2 -- Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) state president Ratan Mann on Tuesday demanded that the state government announce paddy procurement starting September 15 and said that a Kisan Mahapanchayat will be held in Sonepat on Thursday, which senior farmer leader Rakesh Tikait will also address.
