Panchkula, Nov. 4 -- To handle the heavy passenger rush for Diwali, the railways will operate a special express train between Chandigarh and Patna on November 6. The 17-coach train will comprise first AC, second AC, third AC, AC chair car, sleeper and general categories. Train number 04510 will depart from Chandigarh at 10 pm on November 6 and reach Patna at 9.15 pm the following day. It will also halt at major stations, including Ambala Cantonment and Saharanpur.
