Dharamshala, Sept. 29 -- Showers, which lashed several parts of the state on Monday, are likely to continue on Tuesday, the India Meteorological Department's (IMD) Shimla office said. Dry weather has been predicted across the state from September 30. IMD officials said average maximum temperatures across the state remained below normal. As many as 61 roads, including 27 in Mandi district, 17 in Lahaul-Spiti district, six in Kangra and five in Kullu district, remained blocked across the state.
