Chandigarh, June 1 -- Punjab revenue, rehabilitation and disaster management minister Hardeep Singh Mundian said on Sunday that the Punjab government has released Rs.146 crore in advance to strengthen flood preparedness and ensure prompt response to any natural calamity across the state.
