ROHTAK, May 30 -- A 34-year-old woman was allegedly murdered by her husband and his girlfriend in Rohtak's Nehru Colony. Preliminary police investigation revealed that the deceased, identified as Chinki, 34, was allegedly strangled to death following a dispute late Thursday night. Chinki was survived by a four-year-old son and a seven-year-old daughter. According to police, the accused Govind, who works at a private firm, brought his friend Pooja to his house on Thursday night. This allegedly lead to an argument among the three, culminating in the murder. A case has been registered under the relevant sections of BNS against the accused and his friend.
