Chandigarh, April 7 -- After a sunnyrespite on Monday, city residents can expect rain again fromTuesday as a fresh, strong Western Disturbance is active in the region. As per the India Meteorological Department officials, rain and thunderstorms are likely in the city till Thursday, with chances of hail on Wednesday. The previous Western Disturbance had brought 3.6 mm rain to the city on April 3. Met officials say the fresh rain spell is likely to take the mercury down. Over the next three days, the maximum temperature will remain between 25degC and 30degC while the minimum will remain between 14degC and 16degC. On Monday, the maximum rose to 31.9degC from 30.9degC on Sunday. This a notch below normal. The minimum fell from 16.2degC on Sunday to 14.9degC on Monday, four degrees below normal....
