New Delhi, Sept. 30 -- The State Bank of India, which receives all foreign donations, and the Union law ministry support the objectives of proposed amendments to the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, but the bank told the Joint Parliamentary Committee on the bill on Tuesday that it poses challenges from a banker's perspective.
