Mohali, Feb. 28 -- Three men allegedly assaulted a 36-year-old property dealer at his office in Zirakpur on Tuesday evening on suspicion of him being in a relationship with the sister of one of the accused. Victim Rakesh Kumar stated that Apinderpal Singh, a resident of Ambala, arrived at his office with two unidentified associates and confronted him over Singh's sister who works with Kumar in property dealings. According to the complainant, after checking the mobile phones of Kumar and his wife, the accused began assaulting him. One of the men allegedly struck him on his head with a flower pot, while the others kicked, punched and dragged him. When his wife and mother intervened, they were also assaulted. The accused fled after issuing threats. Kumar was taken to the civil hospital in Dhakoli and later referred to the GMCH, Sector 32, Chandigarh. Police officials said a case was registered under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita against thesuspects....
