Panchkula, May 17 -- Several mobile phones and cash allegedly got stolen during the victory celebrations following the Panchkula municipal corporation election results on May 13. The accused has been identified as Rajesh Kumar, alias Raju, 36, a resident of Jind. Police said he had around 15 criminal cases registered against him.
