Chandigarh, Sept. 21 -- A day after the body of a 31-year-old taxi driver was found near Sector 38 West, police were yet to make any arrest in connection with the case. Police said the deceased, Vijay Kumar, a resident of Kurali, worked with a cab aggregator. He had received a booking from Kharar to Chandigarh at around 10.30 pm on Friday but did not complete the ride. His body was found along the roadside near Sector 38 West at around 7.30 am on Saturday. His vehicle was later found near Sector 56. Police said the preliminary findings indicated three major stab wounds on his shoulder, abdomen and hand. The weapon used in the crime has not yet been recovered. A post-mortem examination was conducted on Sunday. Police have scanned CCTV footage from across the city. The footage showed the cab in different parts of Chandigarh, with Kumar driving it, until around 1 am on Saturday. Police suspect that the passengers who had booked the ride may be involved in the crime and are working to establish their identities and whereabouts, officials said....
