LUCKNOW, April 29 -- A new judge, Justice Manish Mathur of the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad high court, on Tuesday presided the hearing in a complaint against the citizenship of leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi. The judge deferred the matter till May 7, after the petitioner S Vignesh Shishir sought time to file necessary documents.
