Chandigarh, Oct. 14 -- The market committee has initiated an infrastructure overhaul at the Sector 26 mandi through the chief engineer, UT Chandigarh. Road reconstruction and drainage upgradation works commenced on Tuesday to address long-pending issues and improve civic amenities. SD Karthikeyan, secretary, state agricultural marketing board, UT administration, along with Khushpreet Kaur, administrator, market committee, inspected the mandi on Tuesday to review sanitation and infrastructure works.
