ROTHAK, July 9 -- The Rohtak police have arrested a man for allegedly raping a 29-year-old woman from Gurugram after luring her to an animal farm in the Meham area on pretext of showing her dogs. According to police, accused identified as Vishal Kumar alias Golu, of Meham, has been booked under Section 64 (1) of the BNS. In her complaint filed with the Rohtak police, the victim alleged that the incident took place on July 6. She wished to buy a dog and got accused's number from a friend.
