Chandigarh, Aug. 22 -- Police have arrested a man for allegedly snatching a mobile phone and documents from a resident at the Sector 48 dividing road on August 20. A case under Sections 304(2) (snatching) , 317(2) (receiving stolen property) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) was registered at Sector 49 police station on Ashish Kumar's complaint. The accused, identified as Naresh Kumar, was arrested during investigation. Further investigation is underway....
