Ludhiana, May 10 -- A 26-year-old bank employee was robbed of her purse by two bike-borne snatchers while she was returning home from work near Chand Cinema in Ludhiana on Friday evening. According to Krishti Sharma, a resident of Sekhewal, the two accused on a motorcycle first tried to block her path and force her scooter to stop. When she continued moving, they allegedly moved closer and snatched her purse from the floorboard of her moving scooter before speeding away.
