Chandigarh, Feb. 28 -- The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the appointment of justice Lisa Gill of the Punjab and Haryana high court as the chief justice of the Andhra Pradesh high court. The collegium led by chief justice of India, Surya Kant, in its meeting on February 26, cleared her appointment, which, it said, will take effect from the date the vacancy arises.
