Chandigarh, July 9 -- The Chandigarh police's operation cell has arrested a proclaimed offender and habitual criminal, Mohd Irfan alias Raju Khan, recovering two pistols and six live cartridges during the investigation. Police said the accused has more than 22 criminal cases registered against him, including robbery, snatching, theft, assault, attempt to murder and Arms Act offences. According to the police, Irfan was arrested on July 4, which led to the recovery of a country-made pistol and one live cartridge. A case under the Arms Act was registered.htc...
