Chandigarh, June 26 -- In an administrative restructuring aimed at streamlining the functioning of the Haryana human resource management system (HRMS), the Haryana government has formally divided ownership of HRMS modules between the human resources department (HRD) and the finance department (FD), ending ambiguity over administrative control of the state's flagship employee management platform. The decision has been conveyed by chief secretary Anurag Rastogi through a circular. Under the revised framework, HRD will administer 19 HRMS modules, covering entire employee lifecycle from annual confidential reports (ACRs), service books, transfers, promotions, superannuation and voluntary retirement.
