Haryana overhauls staff mgmt platform
Chandigarh, June 26 -- In an administrative restructuring aimed at streamlining the functioning of the Haryana human resource management system (HRMS), the Haryana government has formally divided ownership of HRMS modules between the human resources department (HRD) and the finance department (FD), ending ambiguity over administrative control of the state's flagship employee management platform.
The decision has been conveyed by chief secretary Anurag Rastogi through a circular.
Under the revised framework, HRD will administer 19 HRMS modules, covering entire employee lifecycle from annual confidential reports (ACRs), service books, transfers, promotions, superannuation and voluntary retirement.
The government has directed that from June 1, 2026, every proposal relating to the creation, modification, upgradation or policy changes in any HRMS module must be routed only through the department designated as the owner of that module.htc...
