Rohtak, Nov. 6 -- The Haryana government on Thursday issued transfer and posting orders for five Haryana Civil Service (HCS) officers with immediate effect. As per information, Dheeraj Chahal, a 2019-batch HCS officer, who was awaiting posting orders, has been appointed joint state project director, Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad. His batchmate Sanjay Bishnoi has been posted as deputy secretary in the revenue and disaster management department.
