Chandigarh, Oct. 2 -- Haryana has secured the top position in the national ranking of states and Union territories on the iGOT Karmayogi platform, scoring 60.72 points in an assessment of government employees' capacity-building and continuous learning. The ranking forms part of the Centre's effort to measure how effectively states and UTs are using the iGOT Karmayogi platform for role-specific training and capacity building of government employees. An official spokesperson said Haryana narrowly finished ahead of Karnataka, which scored 60.47, followed by Telangana at 60.39, Gujarat at 60.18 and Punjab at 60.06.
