New Delhi, July 13 -- Commerce and industry minister Piyush Goyal will embark on a five-day business tour to Spain, Belgium and Finland - members of the European Union - starting Monday, at a time when India and the EU are busy finalising legal text of their free trade agreement billed as the "mother of all deals". The minister will first visit Spain on July 13 to "focus on advancing bilateral trade and investment and leveraging opportunities arising from the proposed" India-EU FTA, a government statement said on Sunday.
