Chandigarh, May 29 -- A delegation from the Sanjha Mulajam Manch submitted a memorandum to governor Gulab Chand Kataria on Thursday, urging the early resolution of the long-pending demands of government employees in Punjab. The delegation drew the governor's attention to several key demands, including the implementation of the old pension scheme, release of 18% dearness allowance along with pending arrears, according to a press release here.
