Chandigarh, Sept. 8 -- A 41-year-old man was found dead inside his car at the Manimajra motor market on Monday afternoon, with police suspecting that he may have suffocated afterfalling asleep in the vehicle with the air conditioner running. Sleeping in a car with the AC on can lead to carbon monoxide poisoning within the vehicle in the absence of fresh air flow. The deceased, identified as Iqbal, a resident of Indra Colony, Manimajra, had reportedly fallen asleep in his car after consuming liquor on Sunday night.
