Chandigarh, July 18 -- Congress Member of Parliament from Chandigarh Manish Tewari, exchanged pleasantries with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on stage just after the latter finished his address. Holding hands warmly, the two briefly interacted for two minutes on stage before the PM's set off from the venue. When contacted, Tewari said any development that betters the lives of Chandigarh residents is above all party politics and he is always there for the progress of his constituency. Tewari and Modi enjoyan amicable relationship that dates back to over twodecades....
