Chandigarh, June 8 -- HS Lucky, president of the Chandigarh Pradesh Congress Committee, on Sunday said that the decision of the Modi-led central government to increase the price of domestic LPG cylinders by Rs.29 was a "cruel and unbearable blow" to the people. "The BJP government, which had made tall promises during elections regarding controlling inflation and providing relief to the public within 100 days, is now determined to shatter the household budgets of millions of families," he said.
