Chandigarh, June 24 -- Chandigarh Kings booked their place in the final of the OMAXE Chandigarh Premier League (CPL) with a convincing seven-wicket win over HIIMS Hawks at Tau Devi Lal Stadium, Panchkula, on Tuesday. After electing to field, Chandigarh Kings produced a disciplined bowling performance to restrict HIIMS Hawks to 173/7 in 20 overs. Chiragvir Dhindsa top-scored with a fluent 75, while Pratham Singh and Nikhil Thakur made useful contributions. Captain Shivam Bhambri starred with the ball, claiming 4/20, while Rohit Dhanda took two wickets. In reply, Chandigarh Kings chased down the target in just 17.1 overs. Arnav Bansal set the tone with a blistering 50 off 25 balls, while Bhambri capped a memorable outing with a superb 66 off 43 deliveries.
