Chandigarh, April 29 -- Punjab BJP's working president Ashwani Sharma on Tuesday criticised the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders for targeting the seven Rajya Sabha (RS) members who recently joined the BJP, while highlighting that the chief minister and several of his ministers too switched parties in the past. Addressing a conference, Sharma said that the chief minister had maintained silenceon allegations made by Raghav Chadha and others regarding corruption. The seven Rajya Sabha members are known for their hardwork and achievements and have brought global recognition to Punjab and Punjabis, Sharma said. "If changing parties is betrayal, several elected representatives of AAP fall in the same category," he said. "Several AAP founders and senior leaders raised questions about Arvind Kejriwal's leadership, party's policies and its credibility while leaving AAP. Same concerns are now being raised by Rajya Sabha members but AAP gave no response," he added. Apart from Raghav Chadha, Rajya Sabha members Harbhajan Singh, Swati Maliwal, Sandeep Pathak, Ashok Kumar Mittal, Rajinder Gupta and Vikramjit Singh Sahney joined the BJP last week....
