Batting first, he top-scored with a quickfire 42 off 16 balls, ensuring that Central Delhi posted a commanding 232/8. He then took 2/48 bowling pace to help defend the total. Openers Krish Yadav and Hiten Dalal provided a steady start in a chase of 233 before Grewal dented their hopes by dismissing Dalal and skipper Nitish Rana.
