Rohtak, Oct. 5 -- A 27-year-old man was allegedly stabbed to death following a quarrel in Kabir Colony here on Sunday, with a monetary dispute suspected to be behind the incident, police said. The deceased, identified as Kalu Ram, had reportedly gone to a grocery shop to purchase some items when four to five men allegedly surrounded him. An altercation followed during which he was stabbed, leaving him critically injured. Kalu collapsed at the spot and was rushed to a local hospital, where doctors declared him dead. Sub-inspector Sandeep Kumar said police received information about the stabbing and reached the trauma centre, where the victim had already succumbed to his injuries.
