Karnal, June 26 -- Two minor girls died, while a third was injured, after heavy bundles of clothes reportedly fell on them at a textile warehouse in Panipat on Thursday, police said. According to the police, the deceased were aged 5 and 3. The third injured girl, aged 5, was admitted to the Panipat district civil hospital for treatment. Police said the incident happened when the three girls were playing at the warehouse on Bhainswal road, while their mothers were working in the same hall. Police said two bundles, each weighing about 500 kg, suddenly fell on them. All labourers gathered at the spot and removed the bundles to find all of them fainted. They were taken to hospital, where two were declared dead on arrival.
