India, June 30 -- E ight years after Goodachari (2018) became one of Telugu cinema's most acclaimed spy thrillers and a commercial success, actor-writer Adivi Sesh is raising the stakes with G2. A source close to the team tells us that the film's next schedule will begin in Hyderabad next month, with actors Emraan Hashmi and Wamiqa Gabbi joining Sesh for this leg of the shoot. "A huge dramatic sequence is being filmed on a massive set in Hyderabad. The team has been working day and night on it, and it is one of the most crucial schedules of the film," the source says. Confirming the development, Sesh tells us, "I am looking forward to the July phase of the shoot because it includes some of the most important portions of the film. We've spent a lot of time building this film carefully, and now we're entering the next stretch." Directed by Vinay Kumar Sirigineedi, G2 continues the story of spy Gopi.
