Sri Lanka, April 26 -- A 24-year-old tractor driver died after the vehicle overturned from the Pahalgama tank bund in Upuldeniya. Galenbindunuwewa Police state the incident occurred at approximately 3:30 pm yesterday (25).

The deceased is identified as Evidu Kavinda Bandara, a resident of Wanela, Kantale. He had arrived in the Galenbindunuwewa area a few days ago for farming activities and was employed and residing with a tractor owner in Upuldeniya.
