Sri Lanka, June 17 -- Yoshitha Rajapaksa, who was arrested by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) over a corruption-related case, was brought to the Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court this afternoon.

He was taken into custody earlier today (17) when he appeared before the Bribery Commission to provide a statement in connection with the case.

The case is scheduled to be taken up before the Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court.
