World scout representatives pledge full support to eradicate illicit drugs
Sri Lanka, July 18 -- The World Scout Movement Asia-Pacific regional representatives currently touring the country pledge the full support of the scout movement by sharing foreign experiences and successful practices for the 'A Nation United' national programme implemented to eradicate illicit drugs.
The President's Media Division announced that the delegation made this statement during a meeting with Senior Additional Secretary to the President Roshan Gamage today (18) morning.
Furthermore, attention focused on holding the Asia-Pacific Scout Jamboree in the country next year in February, along with providing government support for the event.
