Sri Lanka, Oct. 3 -- A new mechanism has been introduced allowing members of the public to directly bring their concerns, requests for clarification, or suggestions regarding the services of the Ministry of Industries and Entrepreneurship Development to the attention of the Minister through WhatsApp voice messages.

Accordingly, the Ministry has requested the public to send their WhatsApp voice messages to 077 554 1646.

Depending on the national importance and nature of the questions submitted by the public, the official responses and replies provided by the Minister are scheduled to be published on his official Facebook page.
