Sri Lanka, July 24 -- An arrest warrant was issued for Jaffna District Parliamentarian Ramanathan Archchuna by the Fort Magistrate's Court.

The warrant was issued due to non-appearance for the case related to the incident of obstructing the duties of police officers, it was reported.
