Sri Lanka, June 14 -- Two motorcyclists died yesterday afternoon following two separate incidents in two areas of the island. Police Headquarters stated this.

The police mentioned that a four-year-old child sustained injuries and was hospitalised in one of the locations following these incidents, which were reported from the Athurugiriya and Matale police divisions.

A motorcyclist who sustained serious injuries in an incident that occurred in the Panagoda area on the Athurugiriya - Godagama road in the Athurugiriya police division died after admission to the Homagama Hospital for treatment. The police stated this.
