Fraudsters are reportedly misappropriating the airline's name, logo, and branding to promote fake offers via known or unknown phone numbers.

SriLankan Airlines never requests payments, secret codes (OTPs), credit card details, bank information, or any other financial data through social media.

Individuals carrying out these scams often use fake links with unusual spellings and social media accounts designed to mimic the official airline profiles.
