Sri Lanka, Aug. 11 -- Sri Lanka's tax concessions to Board of Investment enterprises and Strategic Development Projects remain substantial, exceeding Rs. 276 billion across corporate income tax, Value Added Tax, and border levies.
A Finance Ministry report titled 'Tax Expenditure Report - 30 June 2026' outlined these figures, highlighting the fiscal cost of investment incentives during a period focused on revenue mobilisation.
