Sri Lanka, May 31 -- A special traffic plan will be in operation within the Mirihana police area from 7:00 tonight until midnight tonight due to a procession at the Siridhamma Rama Viharaya in Nugegoda in parallel with the Vesak festival. The Police Media Division announced this.

Only one lane will open from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm for entering and leaving Colombo along the High Level Road from near the Nugegoda flyover to the Gamsabha Junction, according to the statement.

The statement further notes that the road from Gamsabha Junction to Kattiya Junction will be temporarily closed from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm, whilst the Old Kesbewa Road from the Nugegoda Nawala roundabout to Delkanda Junction will also be temporarily closed from 8:00 pm unti...
