This initiative introduces a dedicated hotline to ensure public access to information and a platform for lodging concerns. Members of the public can connect directly with the operations unit by dialling 011 - 7966366. Authorities emphasize that public awareness regarding this contact number remains essential to the success of this dengue control programme.
