Sri Lanka, April 9 -- Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) conductors commit frauds amounting to Rs. 20 million per day, Transport Minister Bimal Rathnayake stated.

These remarks were made while participating in the opening of the Pettah Central Bus Stand for the public following a complete modernisation.

The modernisation of this central bus stand was carried out under the "Clean Sri Lanka" concept at a cost of Rs. 424 million.
