Sri Lanka, Nov. 6 -- The Sixth Bay of Bengal Maritime Dialogue was held in Colombo, bringing together senior government officials, maritime professionals, researchers, regional specialists and diplomats to explore practical ways of strengthening cooperation in addressing key maritime challenges in the Bay of Bengal region.

The two-day event, jointly organised by the Pathfinder Foundation and Switzerland-based Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD), took place at the Cinnamon Grand Colombo.

Building on the outcomes of five previous editions, this year's Dialogue focused on translating policy recommendations into practical initiatives and concrete regional cooperation.
