Sri Lanka, Sept. 7 -- The second phase of the third school term in government and government-approved private schools begins today (07).

Accordingly, cleaning activities across school premises island-wide were carried out yesterday (06) prior to the reopening of schools.

The second phase of the third school term will operate from 07 September to 04 December, the Ministry of Education stated.
