SriLanka, March 30 -- Sarath Ganegoda, Chairman of SriLankan Airlines Limited and SriLankan Catering Limited, has tendered his resignation from both Boards, effective 31 March 2026.

Until a new Chairman is appointed by the Secretary to the Treasury, A.K. D.D. Dimal Arandara will serve as Acting Chairman of the Boards of SriLankan Airlines Limited and SriLankan Catering Limited.

In addition, Rohan Goonetilleke, Director, has also resigned from the Boards of SriLankan Airlines Limited and SriLankan Catering Limited.

The Board and Management acknowledged with appreciation the contributions made by Ganegoda and Goonetilleke during their tenure.
