Srilanka, March 29 -- Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Andrey Rudenko, is set to undertake an official visit to the country.

The Russian Embassy in Sri Lanka announced that his arrival aims at participation in the 11th session of Sri Lanka-Russia bilateral political consultations.

The Russian Embassy further noted that the Deputy Foreign Minister arrives in the island next Tuesday.
