Sri Lanka, May 13 -- The selling rate of the Sri Lankan rupee surpassed the 326 level against the US dollar today.

According to the daily exchange rates released by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the selling price of the rupee stood at 326.12.

This marks the first time since 19 January 2024 that the rate exceeded this threshold.
