Remains of Navy officer missing in attack craft accident brought home
Sri Lanka, Sept. 6 -- The remains of the Navy officer who went missing following an accident involving an attack craft on 15 August were brought to his residence in Werahera, Boralesgamuwa, last night (September 5).
According to the Sri Lanka Navy, the officer served as the second-in-command of the Dvora craft involved in the incident.
The final rites are scheduled to be performed tomorrow at the Werahera public cemetery.
